All tours on this website are arranged by GetAround.fo

Registration
The agreement is binding on both parties when the payment or deposit has been paid. By paying the customer confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions of the service purchased as stated on the website.

‍Payment
The full amount of the tour is to be payed when booked. Exception to this is in the case of a custom tour, where the full amount is to be payed in-person or through bank transfer.
Payment using credit cards
Credit card fees will be applied on checkout and will be equal to the fee charged by Clearhaus.

‍Cancellation/Changes
There is always a cancellation fee of dkk 300,- pr. booking.
Cancellation more than 28 days before the tour: 100% refund.
Cancellation 28-14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the tour: no refund.

‍Complaints
Complaints should be made directly to GetAround.fo so that the complaint can be remedied as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to the customer.

‍Weather conditions
All tours on the The Faroe Islands are weather depended. If tours are cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded the full amount. If you cannot get off the Mykines Island and to the mainland due to bad weather, we recommend you have travel insurance to cover this.

Law applying
All claims aganinst GetAround.fo are to be settled according to danish law. Complaints or cases that cannot be settled by the danish Travel Complaints Council, shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Denmark.
